Alex Soth

I have always been very fond of the work of Alex Soth and i would love for my work to resemble something similar to his for this project, his work is shot of film and has that vintage look that i would like to achive digitally, i would very much like to do this project on film however my bank balance is currently around -£300 and i still have a while until i will get anymore money, so digital is looking more likely!

 I like the dead pan style with a lot of his work particularly his images of buildings. i would like to take my  images in a similar style.

I also really like the colour of Soth's images because he shots on film he gets very vintage looking colours often quite de-saturated but the sky is normally very vibrant, i really like this style because like i said earlier it gives an old effect to the images, which is what i would like to do with my images!
